Visual guidelines
Follow these visual guidelines on how to use and not use our logo and brand colors.
Logo
Our main logo
The vivid purple for the mark with the antracite for the typography on a white background is the prefered default brand color.
Our secondary logo
The vivid purple for the mark with the antracite for the typography on a white background is the prefered default brand color.
Clear Space
This ‘Clear Space’ ensures the logo is given a chance to represent the brand without distractions.
The area defined by X is the X-Height of the logotype.
Clear Space
The Clear Space can be increased, or carefully decreased if needed, on a case-by-case basis.
Partner lockup
We lock up the Alumio logo with a partner logo, placing the Alumio logo either to the left or top of the partner’s logo. We add clear space between the logos equal to the size of the X height, and divide this space in half by a vertical line (either purple, antracite, or white depending on the use of the logos).
Both logos should feel of equal size. Partner logos should be aligned to the optical baseline of the Alumio logotype.
Do not pair the Alumio A mark with partner logos—always use the complete Alumio logo.
Do not use Alumio in any advertising without our explicit approval.
Do not use Alumio assets or similar words/marks on apparel or merchandise.

Usage on backgrounds
Avoid using full-color logos on backgrounds or photographs unless the logo sits on a black or white area of the image.
The ® symbol will always accompany our logo. Having the Registered Trademark also makes it difficult for other parties to commit trademark infringement by applying for identical or similar trademarks.
Colors
Purple is used for the brandmark, the Antracite for the typography.
Although we have some colors that are bright and vibrant they must be used sparingly to compliment the Vivid Purple and never over take the overall purple feel of the Alumio brand color.
