Alumio Spaces
Manage all customer integrations from one central hub
We’ve kicked off 2025 with the release of Alumio Spaces, which reinvents the way agencies, system integrators, and software vendors manage all their customer integrations using our integration platform. This entails delivering a dedicated Alumio environment to integration partners that will allow them to freely build, govern, and orchestrate integrations for multiple customers with centralized control and detailed access management. You can white-label your Alumio environment in your brand colors and logo to personalize and position it as your business’s very own integration solution.
Save & load filters
Create and save filters to make Tasks more search-friendly
We’re drastically improving our filters to help you organize and streamline your integrations in an even more search-friendly way within Alumio. You will soon be able apply and save custom filters to sort through your Tasks and configurations swiftly. This will help you navigate your integrations in Alumio as they keep growing in complexity and volume. You can also save these filters for instant retrieval later - eliminating the need to recreate complex search criteria repeatedly. Whether you’re monitoring specific error types, tracking high-priority tasks, or auditing configurations, these filters will help you maintain a consistent and organized view across your integration environment, making it easier to locate key data.
Expected release - H1
Schedule planned pauses
Automate integrations to pause during maintenance periods
This feature will allow users to automate the temporary pausing of all Schedulers within Alumio for specific periods. This ensures that no data is processed or sent while an external system is offline or undergoing maintenance. By preventing data transfers during these windows, Alumio avoids failed transactions, unnecessary retries, potential integration errors, and the need for manual intervention. This is particularly valuable for enterprises with scheduled downtimes, such as ERP systems that are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance during specific periods.
Read & write large files
Support for reading/writing files in GBs within Alumio
Alumio will soon be able to read and write large files more effectively, without performance drops or memory constraints. Whether you're dealing with bulk data transfers, large-scale exports, or imports of extensive datasets, this platform upgrade will expand Alumio's flexibility in handling more data-heavy workflows and complex integrations.
Labeling
Organize your integrations with smart labels
To simplify integrations as they grow in complexity, we will soon enable users to apply smart labels to improve how they organize configurations within Alumio. This will help enhance how users filter, categorize, and navigate their integrations in a simplified manner. Apart from improving the visibility of all your integrations, Alumio’s new Labeling system will also help quickly locate specific integration components. This will improve debugging by adding contextual tags to critical workflows.
Route overview
A newly designed and highly detailed overview of all your Routes
We’re excited to soon introduce our new Route Overview design, which will give you detailed insight into the health, performance, and status of each Route within Alumio. The new design will clearly display key metrics of a Route, when it is scheduled to run next, the Transformers applied, the Tasks generated, and a historical overview of the errors and overall performance. This new overview will help quickly identify issues, track error logs effectively, monitor connection status in real time, address disruptions before they severely impact your workflows, and optimize your Routes for greater efficiency.
Transformer page redesign
A more user-friendly overview of all your applied Transformers
Our Transformers page is undergoing a complete redesign to provide a more clear and structured overview to simplify navigating and managing Transformers applied to your integrations. The newer page layout is being designed to help users quickly identify applied Transformers, review configurations with better clarity, and troubleshoot with greater efficiency. This will enhance how you use our Transformers to customize your integrations on several levels.
New homepage dashboard
An improved visual overview of your entire integration ecosystem
We are working on a complete redesign of the Alumio dashboard to provide a more centralized overview of your entire integration ecosystem. Apart from providing a summary of your Tasks, Routes, and Errors, our new homepage will display key metrics. This will include your Task limit, the number of active Data Engines, error history, overall integration health, and also a real-time indicator of memory usage. This enhanced visibility is designed to enable proactive monitoring, efficient troubleshooting, and to optimize resource allocation. Displaying these critical insights in a way that's visually intuitive will make the Alumio dashboard more user-friendly for both business users and system integrators.
Expected release - H2
Restructure Audit Trail
Improve your data security and compliance with Alumio
We are completely revamping the Alumio Audit Trail to ensure the displayed information is more relevant for InfoSec purposes. This update will ensure that the logging of Alumio will record all user actions, system changes, errors events, and all key occurences within Alumio even more specifically, in order to deliver better targeted security and compliance data. Additionally, the Audit Trail will now be retained for a longer period of time, allowing for a more thorough retrospective analysis, efficient incident responses, and to support regulatory audits.
Transformer optimizations
Enhancing our most popular Transformers
We are improving and simplifying our most commonly used Transformers to improve their user-friendliness. Simplifying how these Transformers are applied while setting up integrations, reduces the time and effort it takes to configure them. It will result in faster integrations, fewer errors, and easier customizations with Alumio Transformers.
AI Transformer Mapper
Get automated AI assistance in mapping fields
We’re working on introducing this new AI feature within our platforms that will signficantly simplify mapping data within the Alumio iPaaS. The feature will help automatically generate data mappings for your integrations and suggest how to map your fields from A to B. This will help reduce the manual work required to set up your integrations, minimize errors, and will help streamline your workflows even more so.
New Route builder
Build all your integrations via one simple, step-by-step interface
We’re excited to be working on this major upcoming user-friendly feature! It will include a new simple and intuitive Route builder within Alumio that helps you create an entire integration on a single page. Consolidating the various components of building an integration within the Alumio iPaaS, the new Route-builder will allow you to configure Incoming and Outgoing connections, transform and schedule each part of the data exchange, as well as test your integrations on a single, unified interface. This will make it easier for newer users to learn how to build Routes effectively using Alumio, and it will significantly reduce the time it takes to deploy integrations effectively.
