If a partner also sends contact details, they must ensure that it is allowed to share lead data (personal data) with Alumio. In that regard, a partner shall comply with all legal requirements such as informing leads in a proper manner regarding the use of their personal data. Alumio may conduct a customer satisfaction research regarding a partner’s activities. For this purpose, Alumio can request and analyze feedback from leads that a partner referred to Alumio.
